MONETT, Mo. -- A car hit and killed a pedestrian on Tuesday night at the intersection of U.S. 60 at Kyles Street. City police say Matthew McCully, 18, died at the scene.
Police say the driver, Christopher Reed, 20, of Monett, left the scene but then returned. Prosecutors charged him with leaving the scene of an accident.
