Plan to fix Missouri's worst bridges hits roadblock

A roadblock to a bridge plan. Two years ago, state transportation officials announced a program to repair or replace 802 bridges over a five year time frame. To this date, none have been made. Because of climbing interest rates and rising costs of materials like steel and concrete, it's been difficult to reach an agreement with the Texas-based construction company that's been awarded the task.
