HARDY, Ark. -- The city police chief found a woman's body in her home near Hardy. Her boyfriend is in the Fulton County jail while investigators try to find out how she died.

Hardy Police Chief Ernie Rose said area residents told him that Sarrel Stark had told others that his girlfriend, Theresa Kosik, had died. Because no funeral home knew of the death and the coroner had no knowledge, Rose went to the home of Stark and Kosik.

Kosik was dead and Stark's story prompted an investigation.
