SPRINGFIELD -- A stagecoach dating back to the mid-1800s was on display at the Rutledge-Wilson Farm Community Park on Sunday. The stagecoach delivered mail between Springfield and Tombstone, Ariz., from 1858 until 1861 at the start of the Civil War.

The current owner says she hopes the interactive nature of the display will pique students' interest in American history. The stagecoach will be at Wilson's Creek National Battlefield on Monday. Then, it wraps up its journey in Fayetteville, Ark.
