ANDERSON, Mo. -- It's being called the largest drug seizure in McDonald County history. Deputies confiscated 300 pounds of marijuana on Saturday morning from an auto parts store in Noel.
The marijuana was delivered to the shop inside boxes marked brochures. The store's assistant manager called police after opening the boxes.
Three people are in custody with charges expected Sunday. Investigators say the delivery driver is not in suspected of wrongdoing. Deputies say the street value of the marijuana is estimated at $500,000.
