Springfield Police have identified the 41 year old Springfield man who died Saturday evening after being shot in the head at an apartment complex the same morning. Police say he is Robert A. Campbell, from Springfield.
The shooting occurred at an apartment complex in the 800 block of South Jefferson St. around 6:30 Saturday morning. Police continue their investigation. Police say they are holding a person of interest in the shooting on an unrelated matter.
