TULSA, Okla. -- Federal prosecutors say investigators have broken up a four-state burglary ring with the arrest of three men. One of the break-ins was at the Arvest Bank in Shell Knob, Mo., last March.

FBI agents and Tulsa County sheriff's deputies arrested Jerry Stephenson Jr. at his home in Tulsa on Thursday. The U.S. Marshal's Service will transfer him to Arkansas.

Suspects Matthew Moreland and Victor Revilla Jr. are already in custody in Arkansas. Assistant U.S. Attorney Steve Sewell says investigators believe the three stole millions of dollars in cash and merchandise since last December from banks in Tulsa; Shell Knob; Fayetteville, Ark.; and Texarkana and Euless, Texas.
