NORWOOD, Mo. -- A Norwood School District bus came off a hill and slid on a muddy rural road on Wednesday morning, hitting a low water bridge. The superintendent says a few students suffered minor scrapes and bruises but none of the injuries appeared to be serious at the time.
First responders checked out all the students at the scene on Rutherford Road to make sure they were all okay. After they were taken to school, more medical personnel checked the children again. The district notified parents of the children.
