SALEM, Mo. -- An early morning crash in Dent County killed a teenager from Winona. Troopers say an SUV driven by 19-year-old Tyrel Phillips ran off Missouri 19 just south of Salem. Phillips later died at a hospital.
Three other passengers suffered serious injuries; no one was wearing a seat belt.
