Court date for Hollister murder suspect

By Paula Dowler

Hollister -- One of two men charged with second degree murder is scheduled to go to court on Monday in Taney county.

Daniel Pease of Hollister is charged in connection with the death in August 2007 of John Ingram-Junior of Hollister.

An autopsy determined Ingram died of cardiac arrhythmia induced by blunt force trauma and an incised wound.

Pease has requested a continuance. No word on the outcome of that hearing last week.

Also charged with second degree murder in connection with Ingram's death is 26-year-old Joshua Brokaw of Branson. Brokaw has a hearing scheduled for Monday.
