REPUBLIC, Mo -- Some folks living in Republic got a chance to check out a special ride. CoxHealth rolled out its new ambulance. The emergency vehicle will meet the growing demands of Republic and western Greene County.
The ambulance is also equipped with state of art technology.
"We're here when they need us; that's our mission and our goal is to try to be the best for those that need us at the time they need us," said Mark Alexander with Cox Hospital. "This will enhance the availability of ambulance service for the citizens here."
Cox Hospitals also celebrated 20 years of air care service in the Ozarks this weekend.
