LICKING, Mo -- A Jefferson City man is arrested in Licking after police say he was driving a stolen truck.
Police say Charles Dyson was driving the pickup when he ran out of gas.
Police ran the plates, the truck was reported stolen from West Plains, and a background check of Dyson showed him wanted on drug charges.
Police say more drug paraphernalia was found inside the vehicle.
Dyson is now in the Texas County jail.
