A second woman is accusing a Stone County, Missouri deputy of fondling her in a bar bathroom in Georgia.
Lucian Nevatt, of Nixa is charged with two counts of sexual battery.
He was arrested Tuesday in Augusta, Georgia after a woman said he forced himself on her in a restroom.
The Augusta Chronicle is now reporting another alleged victim has come forward-- accusing Nevatt of the same crime that very night.

He was taken into custody a second time on Wednesday evening.
The 24-year-old was in Augusta for annual military reserve training.
Nevatt has been suspended without pay from the Stone County sheriff's department.
