LUBBOCK, Texas -- Jurors are deciding whether a man from Pineville, Mo., who admitted killing a farming family will be sentenced to die by lethal injection or serve life in prison without parole. Levi King pleaded guilty in September for killing a man, his pregnant wife, and their teenage son in 2005.

Tests linked a gun used to kill a couple in McDonald County, Mo., with the weapon in the murders in Texas. King is already serving life in prison for the deaths of Orlie and Dawn McCool in Missouri. They were murdered days before the killings in Texas.
