Burglary probe leads to recovery of detective's stolen guns

ANDERSON, Mo. -- Three men are in the McDonald County jail, accused of breaking into a McDonald County sheriff's detective's car and stealing his handgun and rifle. It happened at the detective's home near Goodman last weekend.

The sheriff says the men carried the stolen guns when they broke into a nearby home. The people in that home slept through the burglary and reported it afterwards.

The stolen guns were recovered during the investigation of the burglary. One is a 9 mm handgun, and the other is an AR-15 rifle.

Cole Bray is charged with receiving stolen property. David Dunkin is charged with burglary and theft. Jeremy Delmarco is charged with burglary, theft, tampering with a motor vehicle, theft of a firearm, armed criminal action, and trespassing. All three men are from Goodman.
