Stone County neighborhood cut off by heavy rain

This flooding caused a second major washout for a neighborhood near Shell Knob in Stone County this morning.

In the Spring of 2008, flooding washed out a road that cut off their neighborhood and left people living there using boats to get to town. Now the new road is washed out.

Fred Swihart joined Ozarks Today this morning to describe the situation.
