LEBANON, Mo -- It has been providing health care to an Ozark's town for 75 years.

To mark St. John's service in Lebanon, more than a hundred people gathered on the grounds of the original hospital location.

The celebration included a 75-foot long cake; one foot for every year of care in the city.

"And it has sugar art that depicts newspaper clippings and other historical photos actually on the cake that happened throughout history," St. John's spokesperson, Cora Scott said.

A cornerstone was also unveiled at the event. It's in honor of the Curry family and will go inside the Curry Cancer Center.
