OZARK, Mo. -- A soldier from Ozark is accused of molesting three girls, ages 9, 13, and 17, before he was deployed. Colby Sanders, 39, was stationed in Korea but was returned to Christian County after he was charged in July.
Sanders is charged with two counts of first-degree child molestation, one count of first-degree statutory sodomy with a child under 14, one count of statutory rape of a child under 14, one count of forcible rape and one count of forcible sodomy. Investigators believe the crimes occurrred in November 2008.
