SALEM, Mo. -- A former Salem Junior High teacher is charged with statutory rape. Police say Dusty Arzt had an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old student between November 2008 and January 2009. Arzt resigned from his coaching position earlier this month. His first appearance in court is scheduled for Dec. 3.
