Fresh off the premature birth of their 19th child, an Arkansas couple says it's open to #20.

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar tell People magazine they aren't immediately considering another child and want to spend this year focusing on their newest addition.

Josie was born in December at 25 weeks after Michelle,43,  was diagnosed with preeclampsia.  The baby weight just 1 lb., 6 oz., and measured 12 inches long.  She remains on a feeding tube at Arkansas Children's Hospital.  The Duggars expect to be able to take her home this month.

The magazine's headline asks the question, "How many kids are too many?"  The Duggars' lives are chronicled in a reality show on the TLC cable channel, "19 Kids and Counting."

"When I say we would love more children, we open ourselves up for attack," Michelle admits.  "It is not as if we're going for another [baby] immediately. This is going to be a year of different focus for me, getting Josie through her first year of life."

The Duggars live in Tontitown, Arkansas, in Washington County.

Two of the Duggar children recently made news by helping a young girl after she was involved in a car wreck.
