COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Dorial Green had 15 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter and Trey Starks added 22 to lead Hillcrest High School to a 54-49 win over Oakville in the Class 5 state title game on Saturday.

Oakville held a four-point lead with just over two minutes to play but came up empty on back-to back possessions after Green blocked shots. The Hornets took the lead for good on a follow-up shot by Green with 1:27 to go.

Green scored five of the Hornets' first seven points of the game before going silent in the second and third quarters, scoring just one point.

The championship is the Springfield school's first since 1984. The Hornets (23-7) started the season just 10-7 but ended on a 13-game winning streak.

Oakville (25-5) was led by Toraino Helms with 19 points.
