1 can of croissant dough
4 fully cooked bratwursts cut into four pieces each
4 ounces of shredded sauerkraut
2 ounces of spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons of garlic salt

Onto each croissant triangle, place one piece of bratwurst, one half tablespoon of sauerkraut, and 1 teaspoon of spicy brown mustard.

Roll up croissant dough completely containing sauerkraut and mustard so there are no gaps or holes. 

Place each bite onto a greased cookie sheet brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Bake in a 375° oven until crispy and golden brown.
