Here's a great recipe for St. Patrick's Day or just an easy way to kill those  chocolate mint cravings.

16 ounces of chocolate almond bark
2 cups of powdered sugar
3.5 ounces of mint chocolate bar
10 cups of Rice Chex
1 bag of mint M&M candies

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate bark and mint chocolate bar in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Once smooth and melted, stir in Chex.
  • Using a large paper or sealable bag, toss chocolate-coated cereal in powdered sugar.
  • Stir in M&M candies.
  • Serve.
