SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -

Crime Stoppers and the Springfield Police Department request help about a fraudulent use of a credit card last month. On Feb. 21, the victim noticed his/her credit card was missing after leaving a business in the 1700 block of West Sunshine Street. The victim soon learned of numerous fraudulent charges on the card resulting in a loss of several thousand dollars.

Surveillance cameras took photos of the thief using the stolen card between Feb. 22 and Feb. 24.  Detectives are seeking help from the public to identity the thief.

Crime Stoppers takes information about drug dealers, wanted felons, and all other felonies.  It pays rewards of up to $1,000 in cash for the information that leads to the arrest and the filing of charges against people involved in felonies.
