Jodelle Fitzwater of Get Fit with Jodelle joined KY3's Paul Adler for today's Fit Friday segment -- and she shares a treat that serves as both something to satisfy one's sweet tooth and provide a good dose of protein.

High-Protein Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar-free peanut butter (you can also use almond butter)
- 4 scoops (or 1 and 1/3 cups) whey protein powder
- oats

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly (or mix peanut butter and whey protein in bowl, rolling the balls in the oats)
- Roll into bite-size balls
- Store in fridge
