Maria Neider shares the latest inspection by the Springfield-Greene County Health Department. It showed no evidence of live cockroaches at the Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet and stated new operating procedures and cleaning schedules are now in place . The restaurant on East Kearney in Springfield, Mo reopened at 11:00 a.m. today.
