It's being called one of the largest pep rallies around.A sea of purple and gold; and crimson and white flooded Champion Square last night before kickoff of the BCS Championship.
It was a chance for football fans to display their team pride with some of the most outlandish outfits.
"Everyone is asking where in the world did you get that jacket; I said its only one like it. It was custom made by one of my grandfather's friend. Got to go to the LSU game," football fan John Valenca said.
"Alot of people are asking where I got it, where I can get one," football fan Milton Moore said.
Football fans we talked to say the gathering at Champion Square was as much of a highlight for the BCS championship as the game itself.
