8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
2 cups of powdered sugar
1 can of pumpkin solid
3 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger

Using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. 

Add pumpkin solid and whip again until combined.

Add pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and ground ginger and whip until combined.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Serve with gingersnaps or cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.

Recipe serves 8 to 12.
