Easy solutions can prevent or reverse developmental delays from lack of 'tummy time'
Is your child's handwriting far worse than her classmates? Does your 8-year-old child still not know how to tie his shoes? Is your 5-year-old child showing serious behavioral problems? All could be caused by not enough "tummy time" as an infant. Children across the nation are showing developmental delays in record numbers. Occupational therapists think they know what's causing the problem and they want doctors, teachers and parents to know what they can do to prevent and even reverse it in children of all ages.
