Campaign trail for local politicians leads to Buena Vista Labor Day parade

They call it the kick off to the political season in Virginia, but for the town of Buena Vista it might as well be the Super Bowl.

Almost all of the key candidates for our viewing area took their annual stroll down Main Street today greeting excited supporters.

The Labor Day parade is one of the hallmark events as the clock to November ticks down.

After the parade, all of the politicians made speeches at Glen Maury Park in Buena Vista in front of an energetic crowd.
