SOUTH BOSTON, Va.—
Two people were hurt in a fire that destroyed a car repair shop in Halifax County.
The fire broke out around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday at Beard's Auto Repair on Bold Springs Road in South Boston.
A neighbor said he heard an explosion at one point.
The roof had already collapsed by the time fire fighters got there. Firefighters didn't say how the two people got hurt or how badly.
