( Susan Stocker, Sun Sentinel ) Brian Duff watches his wife, Cassandra, cry as she sifts through her daughter's hospital hat and baby photos ruined by Monday's flooding. The Duffs rent a house in the 2100 block of SW 18 Avenue in Ft. Lauderdale which took in about a foot of water ruining most of their furniture and personal belongings. "Will FEMA help renters because we lost everything," Duff asked a city of Ft. Lauderdale Emergency Management worker. |
