FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- University of Arkansas basketball guard Courtney Fortson is the Southeastern Conference player of the week. The sophomore from Montgomery averaged 25.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 5.5 assists in the Razorbacks' wins over Georgia and Auburn.
Fortson scored 10 of Arkansas' 15 points in overtime against Auburn.
Fortson is averaging a team-high 20 points a game.
