If Bears offensive coordinator Mike Tice truly wants to stick with the running game against the Lions Monday night, he has the full personnel to do so.
Fullback Evan Rodriguez, who missed the last two games with a sprained MCL in his left knee, is active and set to play. He could help clear holes for Matt Forte and Michael Bush.
Also active is special-teamer Blake Costanzo, who underwent right thumb surgery during the bye week.
The inactives for the Bears include defensive back Sherrick McManis, the team's leading special-teams tackler. McManis has been sidelined with a hip injury. Newly re-signed cornerback Zack Bowman will fill McManis' role on special teams.
Also inactive for the Bears are Alshon Jeffery (fractured hand), Matt Toeaina, Edwin Williams, Brody Eldridge, Nate Collins, and Cheta Ozougwu.
The Lions are without starting right cornerback Jacob Lacey due to injury. His backup, Bill Bentley, also is out injured, meaning Jonte Green will start.
Bears quarterback Jay Cutler might want to attack Green early and often.
