Springfield -- By late Sunday afternoon only one will reign as champion of the Price Cutter Charity Championship. The field is now down to 34 and what a tremendous horse race this should be. The final 18 holes will be played Sunday.

There is a field of 34 chasing Colt Knost. He is a young standout from Southern Methodist University and he is the reigning U.S. Amateur champion. He is a self-described poor round. That's by his standards. Knost shot a three under par 69, but he leads the field by one, "I'm pretty lucky, i think. I went pretty easy out there today. The first the wind has blown all day is right now. Very frustrating today," said Knost.
