Each plate costs $40 with $25 going to the Arkansas Alumni Association to fund scholarships for Missouri students attending the University of Arkansas.
Anyone with a registered vehicle in Missouri can purchase a license plate.
After the application is processed, it will be mailed to the Missouri Department of Revenue, who will send a letter to the registrant when the plate is ready for pick up at your local license office.
