With the nation’s 232nd birthday just around the corner, the Bull Shoals Lake –White River Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a weekend of special events starting on Friday, with the July 4th evening’s gigantic fireworks display. The best viewing areas will be in Dam Site Park, just across the Bull Shoals Dam, the James A. Gaston Visitor’s Center, and the Rivercliff Golf Course.

The festivities continue on Saturday, July 5 from 10 am until 6 pm, at the 1890’s Village in Bull Shoals, with specialty and food vendors from around North Central Arkansas; a special appearance by the Ozark Outlaws Cowboys; Cop Dunk provided by the Bull Shoals Police Auxiliary; Car Bash with the Bull Shoals Fire Department; and music provided by television personality Norm Allen and friends.

Admission is free, with tours of the Bull Shoals Caverns available at a nominal charge. It’s a day to celebrate together!
