At Kirby Park in Bull Shoals on December 20th from 2-6pm there will be visits with Santa, carnival games for kids of all ages, and hot chocolate and cookies will be available. from 6-9pm there will be hay rides through Bull Shoals to see the lights of the city, hot chocolate and cookies, merchants will have extended shopping hours, and there will be carolling in the park at 6pm around the fire.
