Thought I'd share my experience this year to Alaska. I've made this trip to the Bristol Bay area for the past 4 summers and each trip is better than the last. Big fish and big bears -- I'm not sure which I love best. Read more »

Another week has passed. We haven't gotten enough rain to affect lake levels, temperatures have been very mild so generation patterns have held about the same each day. Our water has been off almost every morning, except for Friday morning, generation starting about noon and building to 4 units by 3 pm but off by midnight. I'd say that's the best of both conditions, wouldn't you? Read more »
