Wichita, Ks. - On Sat., Feb. 11th, the Missouri Tigers faced a now 4-1 Wichita State team. Mizzou is now 2-3 overall after competing against the Shockers.
The No. 72 Missouri tennis team suffered a close 4-3 loss at Wichita State Saturday afternoon in Wichita, Kan. The Tigers got singles wins from junior Maria Christensen, sophomore Rachel Stuhlmann and freshman Alex Clark in the match.
The Mizzou cross country team ran two of its student-athletes at the USATF Cross Country Junior Championships on Saturday (Feb. 11) and both runners finished among the top 10 runners at the event. Freshman Courtney Wood (Neosho, Mo.) led the way for the Tigers, placing sixth out of 39 runners on the 6K trek with a time of 21:35.00.
