OKLAHOMA CITY - Michael Reed drove in the go-ahead run during a two-out rally in the eighth inning as Texas Tech beat Missouri 4-2 Friday at the Big 12 baseball tournament.

Reed's single to center field brought home Chris Richburg to make it 3-2, and Taylor Ashby then scored on catcher Ryan Ampleman's error on the throw to the plate.

The third-seeded Tigers (33-24) had taken the lead on Aaron Senne's RBI single in the top of the eighth before relievers Kelly Fick and Brad Buehler (1-3) gave up three runs in the bottom half of the inning.

Ashby's two-out single to left pulled the seventh-seeded Red Raiders (25-31) even at 2 before Reed provided the decisive hit.

Texas Tech's Chad Bettis (6-1) gave up one run on two hits in three innings of relief, combining with Nathan Karns on a four-hitter.
