Clifton Bryant Yates, 18, Danville, fraudulent use of credit card less than $500 within six months, 120 days; third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, 120 days, consecutively, credit for eight days served, remaining time probated two years, $52.87 restitution.
Kenneth Scott Bordes, Tennessee, custodial interference, amended to custodial interference/return voluntarily, 90 days, credit for 41 days served, remaining time probated one year.
Jeremy L. Cook, 32, 290 Hughes Lane, no seat belt, $25; first-degree fleeing or evading police, amended to second-degree, 365 days; first-degree wanton endangerment of officer, amended to second-degree, 365 days, concurrently, credit for 19 days served, remaining time probated two years; possession of marijuana, $200; and speeding 26 mph over limit, no headlights, third-degree criminal trespassing, reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and failure to notify DOT of address change, all dismissed.
Steven D. Fitzgerald, 50, 216 Orchard Ave., second-degree disorderly conduct, credit for time served; public intoxication and resisting arrest, both dismissed; first-degree fleeing or evading police, amended to second-degree, case continued.
Noel J. Potter Jr., 44, 956 Stoney Point Drive, receiving stolen property less than $10,000, amended to less than $500, 365 days, credit for five days served, remaining time probated two years, $1,000 restitution.
