    The Ukrainian-born pianist Valentina Lisitsa will appear March 15 at Festival of the Arts Boca, where she'll perform Rachmaninoff's "Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini" with Miami Beach's New World Symphony and conductor Peter Oundjian.
