New digs for Everyman Theatre
Baltimore's Everyman Theatre, providing intimate live stage productions for area audiences since 1990, moves into new digs on Jan. 18. And what a new space it is: a 103-year-old theater building at 315 W. Fayette St. that old-timers may remember as home to The Empire (a burlesque house) and later The Town (a movie theater). Everyman's opening production: Tracy Letts' Pulitzer Prize-winning "August: Osage County," which runs through Feb. 17. Go to everymantheatre.org.
