    SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- A man from Galena received a three-year federal prison sentence for possession of child pornography and trafficking counterfeit DVDs.   A federal judge on Tuesday also ordered Bruce Starfield, 61, to pay $3,000 in restitution to one of the young victims.  Starfield pleaded guilty on April 17.
