The North Star School Board made changes Tuesday to the district's approved list of bus drivers. Glendon Will was removed from the approved list of Griffith Transportation drivers. Driver Brian Simmons was added to the list.
North Star officials declined to comment on the personnel matter.
The change comes on the heels of the third crash involving a Griffith Transportation bus. The most recent crash occurred Oct. 24 at the intersection of routes 403 and 30.
North Star officials said bus accident protocol was not followed after the low-speed collision. No one was injured during the crash.
Officials would not confirm whether Will was the bus driver involved in the incident. Representatives from Griffith Transportation did not respond to Daily American inquiries.
