Home Tour
The Somerset Welfare League Christmas Home Tour, Holiday in the Highlands, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 10 and noon to 5 p.m. Nov. 11. Four homes will be decorated for the holidays. Transportation provided from Somerset Area Senior High cafeteria. Parking is behind the swimming pool. Refreshments will be served. A craft show will be held at the Somerset Area High cafeteria. Chicken and Biscuits
The County Line Church of the Brethren is having a Chicken and Biscuit Dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 17. Chicken and biscuits, coleslaw, applesauce, cake and drink. The dinner benefits the Outreach Projects. The church is on the corner of Route 711 South and County Line Road, Champion. 724-593-2680.

Christmas Craft Shoppe Nov. 10 to Dec. 19. A wide variety of items will be for sale, including cards, jewelry, pottery, papercuttings. The Trail Town Quilt Show and an awesome bake sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Confluence Creative Arts Center. Chocolate, colors, cookies and quilts. West Virginia harpist John Lazier.
