    HALFWAY, Mo. -- The owner of a closed cattle rendering plant signed an agreement in court on Monday to make a plan to clean up environmental hazards on the property.&nbsp; In the agreement, the Missouri Attorney General's Office says "an estimated 2,500 animal carcasses are buried" in an earthen trench at Halfway Packing Company in Polk County.
