  3. Former York County restaurant owner found "Not Guilty" in sexual assault retrial

    A York County jury acquits former restaurant owner, Biagio Scotto, Jr., in his retrial on sexual assault charges.  The jury reached a verdict shortly before 11 o'clock Thursday morning.  Scotto had been convicted in 2005 of raping an 18 year old woman applying for a job at his restaurant.  But he fled the country before sentencing. He remained at large for two years before being arrested at Heathrow Airport in London. He was then sentenced to four to eight years in state prison.
