    KY3 and <a title=&quot;Springfield Veterinary Center website" href="https://www.facebook.com/Maria.Neider.KY3#!/pages/Springfield-Veterinary-Center/285380930016">Springfield Veterinary Center</a> are launching a Biggest Loser Pets competition!&nbsp; The goal is to teach owners how to help their obese pets lose weight and maintain a healthy diet and exercise plan in the new year.&nbsp; 5 dogs and 5 cats will be selected.&nbsp; The owners of those animals will be contacted by Friday, January 13th.&nbsp; The first "weigh-in" of the competition will be held on Saturday, January 14th.&nbsp; Dr. Heath Wiseman is evaluating possible four-legged contenders right now.&nbsp; If you would like to enter your pet for consideration, email Dr. Wiseman at Hdwdvm@yahoo.com.&nbsp; You can also call the <a title="Springfield Veterinary Center FB Page" href="https://www.facebook.com/Maria.Neider.KY3#!/pages/Springfield-Veterinary-Center/285380930016" target="_blank">Springfield Veterinary Center</a> at (417) 887-8030.
